Notes 1.ADJUSTMENT OF CUTTING WIDTH OF BLADE At first, back out the fastening screw under the handle, turn the handle, lift the shell, the adjustable range of 0 to 15mm. Our company don't advocate to adjust the cutting width more than 15mm; In order to protect the machines and tools, each step only adjust 5mm. Scale corresponding to 0,5,10,15mm, lock screw after adjust blade cutting width.2. ADJUSTMENT OF CHAMFER ANGLE At fist, back out 4 fastening screws on the left and right sides of the shell. Adjustable angle of 30 deg to 60 deg. The scale of the shell should be aligned with the cutter white line. Tighten the screw after the Angle is adjusted. The Angle adjustment may slightly affect the cutting width of the blade.3. OPERATION OF MACHINE. Before starting the equipment, please note that different operating modes should be used for cutting in different places. If you like to process from the plate edge, put the machine parallel to the plate, milling tool shall not touch the plate, (about one-third of the milling cutter touch the plate ), start switch, according to the arrow direction, move the machine. If you like to process from the middle of plate, put the machine parallel to the plate, milling tool shall not touch the plate, start switch, after the milling cutter cut completely, according to the arrow direction, move the machine.
