Product Description Baghouse Dust Collectors for cement1.Product IntroductionThe filter bags dust collector refers to a dust collector composed of filter bags as filter elements. Its structure consists of air inlet and outlet, upper box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, air flow distribution plate, filter bags and electronic control device (pulse control device), and additional equipment includes discharge valve, soft connection and mobile ash receiving trolley. The filter bags dust collector has the advantages of small size, good efficiency, low investment and easy maintenance. It is widely used in battery manufacturing, cement, steel, electricity, food, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industrial fields.2. Working principleAfter the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the air flow distribution plate, a part of the coarse particles in the air flow sink directly under the action of gravity and inertia; after the fine-grained and low-density dust particles enter the dust filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and screening, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan. To clean the filter bags, a strong airflow is generated by compressed air (0.4-0.7Mpa) and released through the electromagnetic valve to the center of the filter bags, which oscillates and blows down the dust gathered on the outer surface of the filter bags like a vibration wave and drops it into the ash hopper below. To ensure the normal and continuous movement of the filter bags dust removal, the pulse control system performs backblowing according to the set program. Some models support pulse blowback cleaning system to automatically clean the dust accumulated in the filter element to ensure long-term stable operation.2. What do I need to pay attention to when installing the dust collector?Answer:Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally and away from flammable and explosive environments.Check the voltage (e.g. 220V/380V) when connecting the power supply, and the grounding wire must be reliable.The pipe interface needs to be sealed tightly to avoid air leakage affecting the dust suction efficiency.Before the first startup, check whether the filter element is installed in place and whether the dust cleaning system is normal.3.
