It is manufactured by making the disperse dyes that have low energy and easy for sublimation into the digital printing ink. The digital ink is to be printed on the transfer paper.Through heating, the images can be transferred onto the various materials in a very short period of time, including delicate porcelain, metal, real silk, chemical fiber cloth etc.This sublimation ink is very suitable for customized development in the market as well as environmental protection requirements. It can be applied to garment printing, heat transfer banner with color drawing, advertising flags, souvenir of scenic spots, etc.Overview of heat transfer technology process :Thermal transfer technology is a process that transfers patterns to different materials by means of hot pressing or thermal sublimation. The technology is widely used in fabrics, plastics, ceramics, metals and other materials, with clear patterns, bright colors, suitable for mass production.* Design the pattern : First, the designer needs to design the pattern and make the copperplate. Through electric carving machinery, the pattern is carved in color on the copper plate.* Printing pattern : The designed copper plate is placed on the printing machine and the pattern is printed on the PET film or other transfer film. This step uses dot printing with a resolution of up to 300dpi to ensure rich levels of patterns and bright colors.* Thermal transfer printing : Through thermal transfer machinery, the printed pattern is transferred to the target material by means of heating and pressure. The ink layer merges with the surface of the material to form a realistic pattern.* Quality control : In the heat transfer process, it is necessary to ensure that the core components of the heat transfer machine, such as the quality of the heating plate, the material and weight of the upper and lower plates will affect the transfer effect.
