The furnace body and lid are constructed using vacuum-formed high-purity alumina insulation with low thermal mass, paired with a durable refractory brick base for enhanced load-bearing.Featuring a hydraulic lifting lid for easy access and a three-zone independent temperature control system, the furnace minimizes vertical temperature deviations, ensuring superior uniformity for tall workpieces.
