Product Description Product DescriptionSpherical roller bearings feature double rows of rollers, with the outer ring featuring a single, shared spherical raceway and the inner ring featuring two raceways inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious design provides self-aligning performance, making it less susceptible to angular errors between the shaft and the bearing housing or shaft bending. This makes it suitable for applications where angular errors due to installation errors or shaft deflection can occur. In addition to supporting radial loads, these bearings can also withstand bidirectional axial loads.Spherical roller bearings have either cylindrical or conical bores, with tapers of 1:30 and 1:12. These tapered bore bearings, when used with adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves, can be easily and quickly assembled on smooth or stepped machine shafts. The models of spherical roller bearings are: spherical roller bearings (20000CC); spherical roller bearings with tapered bore (20000CCK); spherical roller bearings (20000CC/W33); spherical roller bearings with tapered bore (20000CCK/W33); spherical roller bearings mounted on adapter sleeves (20000CCK+H); spherical roller bearings mounted on adapter sleeves (20000CCK/W33+H). There are 6 types in total. Product FeaturesSpherical roller bearings feature a cylindrical roller system between an inner ring with two raceways and an outer ring with a spherical raceway. The center of curvature of the outer ring raceway coincides with the bearing center, providing the same self-aligning function as self-aligning ball bearings. They automatically adjust to loads and accommodate axial loads in both directions when the shaft or housing flexes. They offer high radial load capacity and are suitable for applications subject to heavy loads and shock loads. Bearings with a tapered bore on the inner ring can be mounted directly or mounted on cylindrical shafts using adapter sleeves or disassembly cartridges. Cages include stamped steel, formed polyamide, and machined copper alloy.For self-aligning bearings, an intermediate mounting ring is used to prevent the outer ring from tilting and rotating when installing the bearing with a shaft into the housing bore. However, it should be noted that in some sizes of self-aligning ball bearings, the balls protrude from the side of the bearing, so the intermediate mounting ring should be recessed to prevent ball damage. Many bearings are typically mounted using mechanical or hydraulic press-in methods. [3]For separable bearings, the inner and outer rings can be installed separately, which simplifies the installation process, especially when both inner and outer rings require an interference fit. When installing a shaft with an installed inner ring into a bearing housing containing an outer ring, care must be taken to ensure that the inner and outer rings are correctly aligned to avoid scratching the bearing raceways and rolling elements. If cylindrical and needle roller bearings use inner rings without flange ribs or inner rings with flanges on one side, it is recommended to use a mounting sleeve. The outer diameter of the sleeve should be equal to the inner ring raceway diameter F, and the machining tolerance should be d10.
