Providing Massive Output Torque (Core Function)Why is massive torque necessary? The main unit of a wire saw is extremely heavy, often weighing several or even tens of tons. Smoothly rotating such a massive mass requires overcoming significant inertia and friction.How is this achieved? The motor itself has high speed and low torque. The reducer's internal gear set (usually a worm gear or planetary gear) converts the motor's high speed, low torque, into low speed, high torque at the output. This is the reducer's most fundamental function.2. Achieving Precise Angle Positioning and ControlWhy is precision necessary?
