Product Description Description of Spiral Finned Tubes:The spiral fin steel pipes currently used are mostly wound, high frequency welded and brazed spiral fin steel pipes.The advantages of spiral fin steel pipes are as follows:1. Long service life, is more than 20 years;2. The surface of the fin is smooth, and it is not easy to produce ash accumulation, ash blocking and slagging.3. It has good density, yield strength, tensile strength and wear resistance of metal structure.4. The welding quality is high, so that it is not easy to cause unstable heat transfer performance because of fin loosening and falling off.Application of Spiral Fin Tubes:Waste heat boiler tube;Economizer tube;Power station boiler tube;Marine boiler tube;Heat exchanger High frequency welding finned tube: Serrated finned tube: High Frequency Welded Fin Tube (Continuously Welded Spiral Fin Tube) The fins are manufactured by Spirally Winding the fin around the Base Tube and Pipe. During the winding the fin is Continuously Welded by High Frequency welding giving the Most robust bond between the the Fin and the Tube. This type of Fin Tube is used specifically where the application involves a lot of Mechanical Stresses like continuous vibrations etc. The welding bond between the Tube and The Fin also ensures that almost perfect heat Transfer Efficiency is achieved. Also it can give the highest operating temperature ranges.
