Immerse yourself in the sophistication of our combined dewaxing and deoiling process that operates as an integrated set of devices, simultaneously producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing technique is a marvel; it works on wax-containing raw oil, employing a selective solvent to lower the temperature, thereby crystallizing the wax. The process capitalizes on the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while maintaining the integrity of the less soluble wax. This results in a solid-liquid phase that, thanks to our state-of-the-art filtration, efficiently accomplishes wax and oil separation. Key factors influencing this cutting-edge solvent dewaxing and deoiling operation include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity of solvent used, the method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.2. During production, it's imperative to recycle the solvent found in both the filtrate and wax. Our filtrate and wax solvent recovery system utilizes double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, necessitating synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during flashing and stripping processes.3. Upon continuous solvent cycling, an increase in water content is observed, making entry into the drying tower system essential for efficient water removal and solvent drying.4. Witness the dynamic cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution within our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution cools and crystallizes progressively along the forward flow of the pipe, facilitated by an internal rotating scraper.5. The crystallized raw material solution is then introduced to the vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump expertly extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, ready to be scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain solvent residues, they are directed to the extraction tower for solvent retrieval.6. In the wax refining and molding stage, the solvent-laden wax is admitted into a mixing tank where clay refining occurs. It then proceeds to an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding refined wax.
