Product Description Product DescriptionOxygen indicator,also called acid detection agent is a color changing agent to intuitively judge the presence or absence of oxygen in a closed container (oxygen concentration is greater than 0.5%) or (oxygen concentration is less than 0.1%). Oxygen indicator can be used together with oxygen absorber to judge whether deoxidizer storage is effective. Oxygen indicators are used in anaerobic management to detect leakage in vacuum containers and the approximate range of oxygen concentration in nitrogen-filled packaging containers. 1- Oxygen indicator acid detection agent is mainly used to detect the presence or absence of oxygen in closed containers. When there is no oxygen (when the oxygen concentration is less than 0.1%), the oxygen indicator turns red; The oxygen indicator turns blue in the presence of oxygen (when oxygen concentration is greater than 0.5%). 2- Oxygen indicator can be used for commodity packaging, deoxidizer installation test, packaging container airtight detection. 3- Oxygen indicator acid detector discoloration time is related to oxygen concentration and ambient temperature and exposure to air time factors.Detailed PhotosInstallation Instructions1. After unpacking the outer bag, take out the oxygen indicator needed, and the remaining part should be deoxygenated and sealed with deoxygenation agent immediately. 2. When used with deaerator for sealing articles, deaerator, oxygen indicator and sealed articles can be sealed in the container at the same time, and the indicator is fixed in a convenient position for observation. 3. Do not take the indicator out of the inner packing bag and use it exposed. 4. Oxygen indicator acid detector should avoid storage and use under direct sunlight, oxygen indicator should be stored in low temperature without oxygen (under 10oC to avoid light conditions). 5. Oxygen indicator can be used to indicate the presence of oxygen, but can not be used to produce gas and heat occasions. ApplicationsGenerally used with deoxidizer to detect oxygen concentration in closed containers (or packaging bags).Characteristics and indication method: mainly used for indicating oxygen concentration in closed containers: when oxygen concentration is greater than 0.5%, the indicator is blue, less than 0.1%, the indicator is red, oxygen concentration between 0.1-0.5% is blue gray.Notes on the use of oxygen indicator 1- Please confirm whether the color of oxygen indicator is normal before use, and take out the deoxidizer in the bag first after opening the bag. 2- Oxygen indicator should be used at the site to avoid direct sunlight. 3- Oxygen indicator to avoid arbitrary bag opening. 4- The length of red oxygen indicator is related to the site temperature and exposure time, high temperature, long exposure to air, easy to failure. 5- The operation time after oxygen indicator is taken out shall not exceed 2 hours. The remaining oxygen indicator shall be re-put into deoxidizer and sealed, and be used up once again when opened and used. 6- If the one-time use is not large, it is recommended to split into several small packages after opening the bag, and add deoxidizer respectively to seal and preserve. 7-When using oxygen indicator, the indicator should be stored in a container or tray, and the operation site should be clean. Once the indicator falls out of the tray or falls to the ground, it should be picked up immediately. Do not use the indicator if you cannot confirm how long the indicator has fallen out. 8-Oxygen indicator without oil resistance, avoid contact with oily substances. Preservation of oxygen indicator: It is recommended that the storage temperature be lower than 10oC. In high temperature in summer, it should be stored in cold storage.
