It mainly consists of a DC high-current standard source, a high-frequency constant current source, a pulse current source, a sensor output quantity tester, and dedicated testing software. This device can conduct metrological performance testing, frequency response bandwidth measurement, and response time measurement for current sensors. When combined with specialized testing software, it can automate multiple testing procedures. 2. Application☆ Metrology Performance Testing (Direct Measurement Method)Direct Measurement Method: The high current standard source of TK1320 outputs the primary current standard source I1 to the current sensor under test, and its secondary signal is measured by the sensor output power tester, that is, the ratio difference (or phase displacement) of the sensor under test can be calculated. This method is suitable for testing medium and low precision current sensors.High Current Standard Source: DC high current standard source can be configured according to user needs. The current output range is 300 A ~ 5 kA. The accuracy level can reach Class 0.02.Sensor Output Power Tester: voltage measurement range ±(10 mV ~ 12 V), current measurement range ±(1 mA ~ 1.1 A), DC measurement accuracy reaches 0.005 level.Sensor Auxiliary Power Supply: adjustable within the range of DC ±(5.0 V ~ 50.0 V).Multiple Test Positions (optional): To test multiple current sensors at the same time, multiple sets of sensor output power testers and auxiliary power supplies need to be configured at the same time.Special Test Software: Users can customize the test plan to complete test items including zero-point output error, full-scale output error, linearity error, hysteresis (hysteresis), repeatability error and accuracy, etc., and edit the test points of each item to achieve Automatic detection of current sensor metering performance. ☆ Frequency Response Bandwidth MeasurementUse a high-frequency constant current source with a standard digital multimeter to measure the frequency response bandwidth of the current sensor. If the sensor being tested is a current output type, a high-frequency coaxial shunt must be used to convert the secondary current I2 into a voltage signal U2 before connecting the digital multimeter to measure.High Frequency Constant Current Source: 1 mA ~ 10 A, DC ~ 1 MHz, stability 0.1%/min @ 1 MHz.Digital multimeter: A 6.5 digits (300 kHz) or 8.5 digits (1 MHz) digital multimeter can be selected according to the bandwidth of the sensor being tested.High Frequency Coaxial Shunt: nominal input current 100 mA, 1 A, nominal output voltage 1 V, frequency DC ~ 1 MHz, annual stability 18 ppm, AC/DC difference 30 ppm @ 1 MHz.Low Current Three-Way (Optional): It is convenient to connect two current sensors to be tested at the same time to achieve simultaneous detection and improve test efficiency. ☆ Response Time MeasurementA pulse current source is used, combined with a standard pulse shunt and a multi-channel oscilloscope, to measure the response time of the current sensor. The pulse current is connected to the standard pulse shunt and the current sensor under test, and then the secondary output signal waveforms of the two are viewed on the oscilloscope.
