It has a wide applications for the compounding and pelletizing of various polymers.Two Stage/Hybrid Extrusion Unit JP SeriesThe first stage compounder is SHJ series co-rotating twin screw extruder. The relatively high rotation speed of twin screw, high shear force and intensive mixing performance provide a fully plasticizing and compounding conditions for Plastic and other raw materials. No back pressure from die head at this application. The second stage compounder is SJ single screw extruder which has deep grooves and low shearing force. With cooling of barrel, it prevents melt compunds from over-heat degradation under high pressure extrusion.
