Product Description Magnetic cell used for Magnetite enrichmentLONGi's Automatic Magnetic Floatation Separators have been been found to be able to regularly upgrade the grade of, some concentrates, by a factor of 2-9% greatly upgrading the quality of the end product. This makes for a highly efficient and inexpensive way to upgrade your ferrous ore.LONGi's Automatic Magnetic Floatation Separators are used in the processing of magnetite ore. Generally, they are used in the final cleaning stage to beneficiate the ore. It's an extremely efficient way to remove the silica and increase the ferrous concentration at the end of the line. On average, the customer will see an increase to the grade of their concentrate by a factor of 2-9%.Product FeaturesBy pulsating a positive and negative magnetic field the particles are suspended loosely in the slurry allowing the impurities to separate and be removed from the mixture. Doing this holds the magnetite in the slurry and places the impurities into the tailings.It is highly automatic. By use of sensors, the volume of the slurry, water, overflow and discharge concentration and even the magnetic field is all controlled by the control panel based on the material and it's unique characteristics. This gives the customer the best results in outcome even as the properties fluctuate throughout the cleaning process.It uses a very simple processing flow. The unit enables the end user the ability to not need the older style finishers and will lower the power and water usage as well as the equipment costs and maintenance. It gives very consistent separation results. By means of having a larger separation zone the end results are very consistent and stable.
