Operating Principle:The KWC series temperature switch uses a bimetallic strip as the temperature sensing element. At room temperature, the bimetallic strip is in a free state, with the moving and stationary contacts closed. When an appliance overheats due to a fault and the temperature rises to the rated operating temperature, the bimetallic strip generates internal stress, causing it to rapidly operate, pushing the moving contact open, disconnecting the power supply and shutting down the appliance, thereby providing overheat protection. When the temperature of the protected appliance drops to the rated reset temperature, the bimetallic strip returns to its initial state, the contacts close, and the appliance resumes normal operation.Structural Features:It typically consists of a heat-conducting metal casing, silver alloy contacts welded to it, a bimetallic element, a temperature-sensitive conductive bracket with an insulated mounting, a static contact, and heat-resistant wires.
