At the same time, the signatures are inspected separately page by page via photo-cell inspection, deflective inspection and thickness-measuring inspection. 5.Transfer the unstitched books with signature-leaking or signature-surplus into the waste conveyor and the stitched books into trimming unit.6.Stitched books are trimmed on three edges in trimming unit, and registered by two steps of guides. 7.Trimmed books are delivered according to the set value of book separating quantity.
