The production efficiency is high, and the production process is easy to realize mechanization and automation. Die castings have high mechanical properties. The metal melt cools fast in the die casting mold and crystallizes under pressure. Therefore, the layer near the surface of the die casting has fine grains, dense structure, high strength and hardness.4. It can die cast complex thin-walled parts. Die castings can have complex part shapes, and the wall thickness of parts can be small.
