Product DescriptionSpecificationApplicationsThis machine belongs to the mechanical type transmission three-roller plate rolling machine, which is used to roll the steel plate into cylindrical, curved and conical shape.The upper roller is pressed down by the attached motor through the reducer to drive the worm gear, screw nut vice transfer power, so that the plate will produce bending deformation.Rolling transmission is driven by the main motor through the main reducer and open gear to rotate the lower roll and become the main power when rolling the plate.Main structure The structure of the machine is in the form of three-roller symmetrical type, the upper roller makes vertical lifting and lowering movement in the symmetrical position of the center of two lower rollers, and the lifting and lowering movement of the upper roller is obtained by the worm gear transmission of the silk rod and the gear of the lower roller is obtained by the output gear of the speed reducer and the gear of the lower roller engaging with the lower roller to obtain the reciprocal rotating movement of two lower rollers, which provide torque for the rolling of the sheet material.
