The materials of the plates include SS304, SS316L, TI, Hastelloy Alloy, NI and 254MO and so on. The thickness of the plates is 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm. We have rigorous pressing plate technologies. The tolerance of shaped plates is less than 0.3mm, the burring height is less than 0.2mm when blanking, and we will carry on the quality test of the shaped plates with magnifying glass and diagnostic machine.
