Modular Electric Drive Power SystemThe XJB350A dual-control pump skid isn't the diesel engine power and industrial three-phase motor power, and adopted new driving power to modular electric drive systems, with smaller size and higher control capabilities, and matched with specialized oilfield water injection/fracturing control software.Compared with the traditional industrial motor+gearbox drive system, the advantages of modular electric drive system mainly include:2.1Wide speed rangeThe new modular electric drive system may have a maximum speed of four times or more than the motor base speed. The power integrated system can be adjusted at any speed from 1 to 3000 RPM, which makes it possible to continuously control the output of the water pump when applied to the water injection system.2.2 Improved control systemThe control system of the new modular electric drive system has been significantly enhanced, various operations such as speed, torque, and emergency control can be performed on the power integration system through local or remote control modules. Due to the extensive use of computer control in the control of the new modular power system, it is possible to link the output information of the three cylinder plunger pump with the power system control. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) facilitates synchronized control strategies that coordinate speed regulation and power output adjustment with the plunger pump, making the control technology more efficient.2.3 Better power efficiencyThe difference between the new modular electric drive system and traditional industrial electric motors lies in: The new modular electric drive system mainly uses permanent magnet synchronous motors, which have high power density, high efficiency, wide speed regulation range, small torque fluctuation, and excellent rapid start-up performance. Remote/Local Control System: The local control cabinet is installed on the equipment operating platform, enabling full operational control of the equipment. There is a [Remote/Local Switch] on the local control cabinet, and the remote mode is activated when set to [On]. Remote control adopts wireless operating system.2. The data acquisition system consists of an on-board control box (remote control cabinet), an on-board instrument box, sensors, connectors, etc. This system has new practical functions such as on-board control of power system startup, remote control, shutdown, and logical process control. This automated control system makes equipment work safer, faster, more practical, and more convenient in oil fields.The local control cabinet is located on the main control platform. This system can achieve motor start stop speed control operation, gear operation, remote/local switching, and safety technical parameter setting. The control cabinet PLC system can monitor changes in displacement, pressure, liquid level, and temperature during the process, set necessary parameters for protection, and coordinating with the power unit system to adjust idle speed or shutdown. The PLC system can achieve continuous statistics of displacement (cumulative numerical statistics) and set the plunger pump pressure. The control cabinet panel is divided into two parts: touch screen area and manual control area.The remote control module is a handheld control terminal that is compact, beautiful, and sturdy. The remote control module can achieve the main functions of the local control cabinet. The whole machine control adopts local/remote control mode, and the switch is located in the local control cabinet. In remote mode, once the remote control cabinet fails or there is no signal, the system immediately enters an emergency stop state to ensure that the system is within a safe and controllable range.The remote control terminal adopts wireless control mode, which is stable in signal, convenient in operation and compact in structure.Remote control terminal interface layoutAt the same time, the automation control system can be networked with the central monitoring system of the oilfield according to user requirements, and operators can operate and monitor the equipment in a monitoring center far away from the production site.
