What is the payment method?According to the order situation, if the amount is less than USD1000, it is 100% prepayment, because the bank handling fee is very high.The standard payment method is 30% advance payment by wire transfer, and the 70% balance is paid by wire transfer after seeing the copy of the bill of lading.We can accept letters of credit, but the requirement is 100% machine irrevocable letters of credit, and the contract amount is generally more than USD20000, because there are costs to operate letters of credit, including notification fees, document review fees, document delivery fees, mailing fees, discrepancy fees, capital costs, etc. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the unit price of the letter of credit payment method is USD50-100/ton higher than the wire transfer payment method.We do not accept open account sales (OA). In fact, so far, our company has not made credit sales payment methods.Other situations are resolved by friendly negotiation between the two parties.7. How to deal with quality problems of goods?First, rule out whether it is caused by transportation, storage, or improper use of formula. Then, check whether the COA indicators are within the qualified range, and confirm with the factory which indicators have problems and whether the raw materials have been replaced.Secondly, you can use third-party testing. If there are really problems with indicators or quality, can you compensate in subsequent orders? Or the customer mixes it with other products, resells it locally, or reissues it. The worst plan is to return it.
