Capable of completing live line cleaning under different power environments. Not only can the cleaning work be carried out smoothly, but also can ensure the power supply and improve the work efficiency by keeping the line power off. Multi section connection can be carried out according to different voltage levels to reach the length required by the insulation level.There are two options for brush head, as shown in the figure below:Application:It is used for live line cleaning of conductors by insulating pole operation method of distribution lines.The semicircle design fits the conductor more effectively, and the hard stainless steel wire bristles can effectively clean the oxide layer and foreign matters on the surface of the conductor.Deposit:The electric brush should be stored in a clean, dry, vertical suspension to prevent moisture and bending. The dirt of the used brush shall be cleaned with gasoline to ensure cleanness.Inspection of cleaning brush:AC withstand voltage test shall be conducted for insulated pipe once every six months. The working voltage is 110KV, and the voltage test lasts for 1 minute. If there is no flashover and heating, it is qualified.The insulation resistance shall be measured with a 2500V megger. The distance between Jis shall be 20mm and not less than 100 megohms. If it is lower than this value, it shall be dried.Static load test: it is qualified if the tool is free of deformation and damage under 2.5 times of allowable working load for 5min.Dynamic load test: it is qualified if the tool is flexible, portable and free of jamming when it is actually operated for 3 times under 1.5 times of the allowable working load.Performance test of high-voltage live cleaning machine:The high-voltage live cleaning machine manufactured by our company has passed the electrical safety work procedures GB26860-20116.14.9. The test voltage is 110KV, the test voltage is 250KV, the 220KV voltage is 450KV, the effective length of 110KV is 1m, the effective length of 220KV is 1.8m, and the test time is 1min. The power frequency withstand voltage test is qualified if there is no breakdown, flashover and overheating.Precautions for cleaning brush:1. Before use, the insulation shall be checked to ensure that it is free from moisture. If it has not been used for a long time, it shall be dried and used after passing the test.2. Under the operating environmental conditions, the live cleaning shall be carried out in sunny days, and the relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 75% to prevent the insulation from being damped.3. Keep the surface of the operating rod clean during use to avoid affecting the insulation.4.
