Product DescriptionIntroduction KMD has been focusing on research, development and manufacture of Linear Vibration Screen for mineral industry. In accordance with design of maintenance-free, high reliability and high vibrating strength, LKLB series are Integrated with advanced screening technology and manufacturing process, and suitable for all kinds of harsh conditions in fields such as metallurgy, coal, nonferrous metal, construction material, chemical industry and so on, the service life of main parts can be over ten years, and screen width can be up to 5.1 meters.In Linear Vibration Screen, the exciters are installed on exciter beam of screen box. While ore material going onto screen deck, the whole vibrating system consist of material and screen box supported by coil springs. Shaft Is driven to rotate by the force from motor driver, and eccentric mass on two axles are rotating reversely through a pair of helical gears trans-milting in the middle.
