Accurate position control, repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.01mm, and adding an external displacement sensor can reach 0.005mm.3. Accurate speed control, the speed waveform can be set arbitrarily to achieve high-speed, stable and impact-free operation, and the control accuracy can reach 0.05%.4. Accurate thrust control, the control accuracy can reach 0.5% after adding an external push-pull force sensor.5.
