Add at least 10% of the space height as a margin. If overlapping, use the combined height as the actual height. Inner Width: Calculate the inner width by summing the outer diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Ensure to leave at least 10% of the space as a margin. Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bending radius among the cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as a reference value. Leave 10% of the space as a margin.Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, or Gas PipeReserve at least 15% of the space as a margin to ensure that the internally laid cables and oil pipes move freely, preventing stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately and balance the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to keep them apart.In conditions of high speed or high frequency, horizontally lay the cables in a parted manner to avoid overlapping. If there are too many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes laid together, it is recommended to use spacers.Construction of the Cable ChainThe appearance of the chain is similar to the crawler of a tank and consists of a certain number of joints. These joints can freely rotate around each other.The same series of chains have the same inner height, outer height, and pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized according to different specifications.Each chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. Each joint can be opened for easy assembly and disassembly without threading.
