As the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws decreases, effectively crushing materials. Conversely, with the jaw's ascent, the angle enlarges, allowing the movable jaw to separate from the fixed one, thanks to the draw bar and spring, thus facilitating the discharge of crushed materials from the crushing cavity. The jaw crusher's construction is intricately designed featuring a sturdy frame, jaw plates, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod-a symphony of engineering excellence.
