These state-of-the-art ovens feature a carbonization chamber height exceeding 6.0m and a volume surpassing 38.5m3, ensuring superior product quality. Primarily, our coke products serve critically in metallurgical industries, notably in blast furnace ironmaking and casting applications.The main purpose of coke:1. Coke is the cornerstone product of coking. In many countries, over 90% of coke is allocated for blast furnace ironmaking, replacing charcoal in iron smelting. This shift has laid the foundation for modern large-scale blast furnace operations, marking a significant milestone in the history of metallurgy.2. Beyond ironmaking, coke is instrumental in the smelting of non-ferrous metals like copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony. It functions as a reducing agent, heat source, and structural support within the blast furnace.3. Within the smelting industry, coke is also utilized in smaller quantities for the production of calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. In steel joint ventures, coke powder is employed as sintered fuel. Additionally, coke serves as a raw material in the preparation of water gas for synthesis.4. To optimize technical and economic performance in blast furnace operations, smelting coke (metallurgical coke) must possess specific chemical and physical properties, including optimized thermal behavior during the smelting process.5.
