It is a good choice for gold beneficiation plant. Working Principle2.Work principle of Gold Leaching Plant:A. Crushing and grinding systemRaw gold ores→Vibrating feeder→Primary crusher→Secondary crusher→Vibrating screen→Ball mill→Spiral classifier→Gravity separation→Ball mill→Hydrocyclone group→ThickenerB. Leaching and adsorption systemThe thickened materials will enter into 8 sets of double impeller leaching tank; well-mixed sodium cyanide agents are added to the first tank; active carbon is added to the tanks from the second to the eighth; active carbon from the second agitator is lifted to carbon screen to get gold-loaded carbon, and after cleaning, the gold-loaded carbon enters into the desorption and electrolysis system. The slurry left goes back to the second tank; active carbon is lifted by air lifter from the tank next to the tank before against the current; the tailing goes through safety screen to recycle fine-size gold-loaded carbon, and then goes to tail water treatment stage.C. Tailings and wastewater treatmentThe tailings and wastewater are lifted to the filter to process, and the tailings also named filter cake are transported to the yard, while filter liquor go to circulating water tank for recycling.D. Desorption electrolysis and smelting systemDesorption electrolysis system implements high-temperature desorption electrolysis on gold in the gold-loaded carbon through the mixed liquor of sodium cyanide and sodium hydroxide. After wood chips and other sundries are removed by washing machine, and the gold desorption is carried out by high-temperature and high-pressure desorption method (150 degrees and 0.5Mpa), which can resolve 99% of gold within 2-6 hours.
