A straight pipe section of 10DN should be left in front of the meter and 5DN should be left behind the meter.4 The front end of the flowmeter should be equipped with a dirt filter and a locking valve for cleaning dirt and maintenance.2) Installation of temperature sensor1,The temperature sensor with a red label must be installed on the thermal energy meter, and the meter body must be installed on the inlet pipe.2,The temperature sensor with a blue label must be installed on a dedicated ball valve or temperature measuring tee, on the return water pipeline, and cannot be on the same pipeline as the body. The sealing ring of the sensor must not be forgotten;3,The temperature sensor leads must not be arbitrarily added, removed, or changed.3) Installation precautions:1,After installation, a pressure test should be conducted promptly.2,All components of the ultrasonic thermal energy meter (including flow meter, temperature sensor, calculator components) should be installed in a location that avoids exposure to sunlight, water, freezing, chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and considers easy disassembly and data reading.2. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting1.After installation and use, the thermal energy meter should be regularly inspected for normal operation.2.When the flow rate significantly decreases and affects heating, the filter should be drained and cleaned.3.When the battery level is too low and the alarm symbol "" is displayed on the screen, specialized technicians should replace the battery to avoid affecting the normal operation of the heat meter.4.When the temperature (oC) of the first temperature sensor and the temperature (oC) interface of the second temperature sensor display "F XXXXXXXXX", it is a temperature sensor fault.
