Product Description Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Production ProcessVarieties of Stainless Steel Wire MeshStainless Steel Wire Mesh is classified into six kinds according to weaving types.Stainless Steel Wire Mesh-Plain Weave,Stainless Steel Wire Mesh-Twill Weave.Stainless Steel Wire Mesh-Five-Heddle WeaveStainless Steel Wire Mesh-Plain Dutch WeaveStainless Steel Wire Mesh-Twilled Dutch WeaveStainless Steel Wire Mesh-Reverse Dutch WeavePlain Weave is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter. Twill Weave is made by each weft wire passing alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passing alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.Five-Heddle Weave is a filter mesh characterized by a 5-heddle-atlas pattern. This special weaving style makes it possible to produce open meshes with high flow rates combined with great mechanical stability. At the same time, it creates a smooth surface for easy removal of filter cake and trouble-free cleaning of the filter media.Plain Dutch Weave is primarily used as a filter cloth. The openings slant diagonally through the cloth and cannot be seen by looking directly at the cloth. This weave has a coarser mesh and wire in the warp direction and a finer mesh and wire in the shute direction, giving a very compact, firm mesh with great strength. Twilled Dutch Weave offers higher strength than regular Dutch weaves. It packs even more wires in a given area. Generally, this weave has finer mesh counts and lower flow than regular Dutch weaves and can be made to filter particles as fine as 2 microns in diameter. Twill Dutch weave micronic filter cloth provides the finest particle size retention possible in wire cloth. Reverse Dutch Weave is a filter cloth in which the larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the shute, thus reversing the method used in Plain and Twilled Dutch Weaves. The warp wires have a smaller diameter than the shute wires and touch each other, while heavier shute wires are woven as tightly together as possible. The result is the strongest filter weave available because of the semi-rectangular opening. It is exceptionally easy to clean or back-wash with no plugging.
