Product Description Product DescriptionReinforcing Mesh Welding Machine:This Machine is mainly used to produce steel wire diameter 3.0-8.0mm,material round steel wires and ribbed steel wires,mesh size:100*100-300*300mm reinforcing mesh panels or roll mesh. Detailed Photos Line Wire Feeding System1.Incoming material inspection is used to detect the lack of material in the line wires and ensure the continuity of the welding machine.2.The double-row straightening device is installed at 90 degrees with each other by two rows of straightening devices to ensure the quality of straightening.3.There is a storage material detection, and the line automatically twisted when the material is small, and the wire is stopped when the material is used for a long time.4.Wire pay off line wires adopts vertical type(this is easy to feed and save the winding wire machine),loading up to 1000kgs/pcs,installed air braking device. Cross Wire Automatic Falling Hopper The device is a kind of feeding device which can send the pre-cut steel wires into the welding electrode position of mesh welding machine according to the welding requirements,can store about 1 tons of pre-cut cross wires, greatly reducing the intensity of frequent feeding;a)This hopper is composed of a platform,two ladders, a falling hopper, they are all installed on the pulling mesh rack backward and forward.b)There is a ladder on both sides of the platform for easy operation.c)The falling hopper uses a disc-shaped groove wheel to accurately pick out the wire. According to the welding requirements, each transverse cross steel wires is evenly fed into the position of the pusher one by one. The wire falling wire power is 13.5 N. M step motor.d)A set of cross steel wires positioning clapper is installed at the pushing position of pusher in the down beam of the mesh welding machine to ensure the consistency of the cross steel wires. The clapping power is a three axis cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 40mm. The up and down electrodes all adopts special CuCrZr,the electricity conductivity,hardness and wear resistance are all very good,the changeover time of the longitudinal cell is reduced to about 30 seconds.Welding electrodes are driven by the spindle passing through the crank,and installed with adjustable spring pressure,This structure is not affected by climate and convenient maintenance and usage.And the up and down electrodes both adopt water cooling system,thus an reduce the heat of the upper and lower electrodes when the machine works, and can work for 24 hours continuously. Pulling Mesh Device It is to pull the welded cross wires out of the mesh according to the parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize multiple reciprocating pulling mesh, until the whole mesh is completely pulled out.It is composed of four parts: the bottom frame, the movable pulling mesh frame, the pulling mesh car and the supporting mesh tubes.
