Product Description Product DescriptionType IH chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction (axial suction) cantilevered centrifugal pump for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with viscosity similar to that of water, and its marking, rated performance and dimensions are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858, and the technical conditions are in accordance with the standard of GB/T5656-1994, which has the features of wide range of performance, high efficiency, high level of "triplexity", and convenient maintenance. Its efficiency is 5% higher than that of F-type pump, which is an energy-saving product promoted by the state.FeaturesThere are 29 basic types of IH type series pumps, among which 22 double-speed (2900, 1450r/min) are up to 112 specifications after the impeller diameter cutting variants of A and B types. It mainly consists of pump body, leaf transmission line, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft, suspension parts and so on. It is directly driven by the electric motor through the extended coupling and rotates in clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end. The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the intermediate bracket's stop, the pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot-supported type, which can be fixed on the base directly, the suspension parts are fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and supported on the base with the suspension bracket. In order to disassemble conveniently, the design of the extended coupling, maintenance can not disassemble the import and export coupling pipeline, the pump body and the motor.
