High-temperature molten salt, as an ionic conductor, has a very wide electrochemical window and the reaction kinetics is fast at high temperatures. Therefore, it is an ideal electrolyte for electrochemical metallurgy and the electrolytic aluminum industry is a successful example among them. Based on this, we have developed this laboratory-level molten salt electroplating furnace to fill the market gap.Device features:1. Utilizes non-contact thyristor modules to enhance the stability of system control;2. The heating wire ring is embedded in the furnace chamber and distributed in a circular pattern to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the furnace;3.
