Main ComponentsVacuum System:Vacuum Hood/Vacuum Chamber: A closed container that holds molds and materials to be vulcanized. It is usually welded from high-strength steel plates and needs to withstand vacuum negative pressure (generally up to -0.095MPa or higher);Vacuum Pump: Provides vacuum power, commonly using rotary vane vacuum pumps or roots vacuum pumps (for high vacuum requirements);Vacuum Valves/Pipelines: Control the opening/closing of the vacuum path, including solenoid valves, manual valves, and vacuum gauges (to monitor vacuum degree).Heating System:Heating Plates: Installed at the upper and lower parts of the vacuum chamber, using electric heating (resistance wires, electric heating tubes) or heat-conducting oil heating to ensure uniform temperature (temperature difference ≤ ±2oC);Temperature Control Elements: Thermocouples (to detect temperature) and heating controllers (to adjust heating power).Pressurization System:Hydraulic Cylinder/Air Cylinder: Provide the pressure required for vulcanization (usually 5-30MPa), pushing the upper heating plate downward for pressurization through the piston;Hydraulic Station/Air Source: Provide power for the pressurization device, including oil pumps, oil tanks, overflow valves (hydraulic systems) or air compressors, pressure reducing valves (pneumatic systems);Guide Columns: Ensure the vertical movement of the upper heating plate during pressurization, avoiding mold offset.Mold and Clamping Device:Vulcanization Mold: Customized according to the product shape, mostly made of mold steel (such as Cr12, H13) with a polished surface;Mold Locating Pins/Clamps: Fix the mold position to prevent displacement during pressurization.Frame Structure:Composed of columns, beams, etc., forming a rigid frame to bear the pressure during vulcanization and ensure the overall stability of the equipment.III. Control SystemControl Mode:An automatic control system with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the core is adopted, combined with a touch screen for human-machine interaction, which can preset and store multiple sets of process parameters.Core Control Parameters:Vacuum Degree: The vacuum value can be set (e.g., -0.08~-0.098MPa), and the vacuum pump is automatically controlled to start and stop to ensure that the vacuum chamber reaches the set value before vulcanization;Temperature: Control the heating temperature in stages (e.g., preheating → vulcanization → heat preservation) with an accuracy of ±1oC, meeting the vulcanization curve requirements of different materials;Pressure: Through feedback from pressure sensors, automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic/pneumatic system to maintain the set pressure (e.g., 10MPa) until vulcanization is completed;Time: Control the duration of each stage such as vacuuming, heating, pressurization, and pressure holding, with automatic timing throughout the process, and automatic alarm and pressure relief after completion.Safety Control:Vacuum chamber door interlock protection: The vacuum and heating systems cannot be started when the door is not closed;Overpressure/overtemperature protection: Automatically shut down and relieve pressure when the pressure or temperature exceeds the set value;Emergency stop button: Cut off all power sources in case of emergency to ensure operational safety.IV. Working ProcessLoading: Put the rubber material to be vulcanized into the mold, close the mold, send it into the vacuum chamber, and close the vacuum chamber door;Vacuuming: Start the vacuum pump to pump the vacuum chamber to the set vacuum degree (usually maintained for 5-10 minutes to remove gas);Pressurization and Heating: After reaching the vacuum requirement, the hydraulic cylinder descends to pressurize to the set value, and the heating system starts at the same time, heating according to the preset curve;Vulcanization and Heat Preservation: Maintain the specified time in the set temperature, pressure, and vacuum environment to complete the vulcanization reaction of the material;Pressure Relief and Cooling: After vulcanization, stop heating, slowly release the pressure, and open the vacuum valve to return to normal pressure;Unloading: Open the vacuum chamber door, take out the mold, and demold to get the finished product.V.
