The advantages of high frequency welded fin tube, especially the steel fin radiator is widely used in office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, workshops and other industrial and civilian construction industry, with good heating effect, is the traditional cast iron, plate radiator replacement products.1.1 The machine tool achieves full automatic working state, with automatic clamping, automatic loading, feeding and unloading functions.1.2 Three-dimensional electric adjustment is used in welding part and electric adjustment is used in supporting part.1.3 HF Welder power: 300KVA Electronic tubes type---suitable for welding carbon steels, alloy steels, Stainless steels.2.1 The machine tool is welded in the form of steel structure. The finned tube supporting rack and unloading rack adopt automatic overturning structure.2.5 The structure of the winding welding part adopts the international advanced design technology. The main body is made of steel,which is machined. Its advantages are firm and stable. Transformer's moving to left, right, up and down are electric adjusted.Tube supporting adopts electric adjustments, advanced technology, simple and stable operation. The electrode plate and conductor are nearest to the workpiece to ensure the minimum current loss and the maximum power. The electrode adopts the form of multiple forged red copper conduction to ensure its reliable contact, low cost and convenient replacement.2.6 Transformers, upper and lower contacts, supporting racks, tape holders and tape pulleys are all pneumatic devices with pressure regulating valves which can be used to regulate the pressure of cylinders at any time.
