Product Description Fluidized bed air current micronizing machineWorking PrincibleAfter the material enters the grinding chamber, it becomes fluidized under the action of the centripetal counterflow spray field formed by the high-speed compressed jets. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, where intense impact, collision, and friction occur, leading to comminution. The finely ground powder moves upward with the airflow into the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber under the effect of centrifugal force to continue grinding, while fine particles meeting the size requirement are discharged from the exhaust port, entering the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The dusty gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the clean gas is expelled by the exhaust fan. Performance & CharacteristicsLow energy consumption; compared to traditional fluidized bed jet mills, it can save up to 30% energy.Since the material in the grinding chamber primarily collides with itself rather than with the inner cavity of the main grinding unit, there is minimal contamination, allowing for the production of highly pure materials.Equipped with an integrated self-diverting micro-powder classifier, resulting in a concentrated particle size distribution without oversized particles in the finished product.Low-temperature, media-less grinding, especially suitable for materials with low melting points, heat sensitivity, sugar content, and volatile components.For flammable and explosive materials, inert gases can be used as the grinding medium in a fully enclosed system, with the inert gas recycled to minimize loss. The system has automatic control capabilities and is user-friendly to operate.
