The main components for feeding include: a waste liquid storage tank, a filter, a pressure transmitter, a waste liquid pump, an automatic regulating valve for feeding, a flow meter, an atomizer, compressed air and another pressure transmitter. The waste liquid spray gun utilizes the pressures from both the waste liquid pump and the compressed air to achieve atomization of the waste liquid through the spray gun, allowing for efficient feeding of the waste liquid into the furnace.The waste liquid pipeline is constructed using corrosion-resistant materials, taking into full consideration the corrosive nature of the waste liquid. Additionally, a filter is employed to eliminate large particles present in the waste liquid. Furthermore, this filter system incorporates dual filters to address any potential issues with nozzle blockage. However, the incinerator for waste liquid containing salt requires special design, necessitating the complete combustion of organic matter in the waste liquid while preventing salt from melting.
