Product Description Product DescriptionCS80 Ladle refractory slide gate plates for steel continuous casting During the steelmaking process in a steel mill, the sliding nozzle gate plate system at the bottom of the ladle is a key component for controlling the pouring of molten steel.Its working principle and operation process are as follows:1. Basic Structure The sliding nozzle system mainly consists of three parts:Upper ladle slide gate plate: Fixed at the bottom of the ladle, it is in direct contact with the molten steel.Lower ladle sliding gate plate: It can move horizontally and is driven by hydraulic or mechanical means.Intermediate slide plate (optional): Used for more precise flow regulation (such as in a three-layer sliding nozzle). 2. Working Principle Open state:The lower skateboard moves to align the molten steel flow holes of the upper and lower skateboards, and the molten steel flows out through the holes.Closed state: The lower skateboard moves horizontally to stagger the flow holes and cut off the molten steel flow channel.Flow regulation: Precise control of the molten steel flow rate is achieved by controlling the displacement of the slide plate (such as partial alignment). 3.
