Working PrincipleThe drugs in the silo are transported to the entrance of the inspection channel evenly and orderly (without drug overlap) through the three-level vibration feeding system, counted through visual imaging detection, and loaded into bottles according to the set filling quantity through the channel small gate cutting and the middle pre-storage gate, and then switched to the next process through the bottle changing device.2. Performance characteristics(1) The PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic counting machine is an automated equipment integrating machine, electricity and pneumatics. It adopts a linear array CCD camera and a high-speed ARM processor, and the pneumatic components adopt Japanese SMC and American MAC high-speed solenoid valves.(2) The CCD counting machine has an average of about 250 imaging points at each channel detection point, which is equivalent to a detection accuracy of 0.12mm, which can fully meet the counting speed of 20-60 bottles per minute. The operating system adopts embedded configuration software to provide customers with a beautiful and friendly human-computer dialogue window, which can be called a fool-proof operating system. It greatly shortens the time for customers to get familiar with the equipment, enables customers to quickly master the use of the equipment, and maximizes the customer's production efficiency.(3) The PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic tablet counting machine is equipped with a three-level vibration device; the vibration machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic vibration, and its mechanical structure and electromagnetic coil indicators adopt foreign advanced technology; the vibration control system adopts closed-loop control technology, and the vibration frequency is monitored in real time through the vibration sensor. The three-level vibration design can better open the distance between medicine tablets, eliminate the phenomenon of overlapping medicines, and ensure the accuracy of counting.(4) PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic tablet counting machine imaging detection The overall self-designed tablet counting device has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high response speed, high dust resistance, detection, stable output signal, and zero error in counting. Special design is made for the phenomenon of high dust in the manufacturer: the device is equipped with a high-pressure dust removal function, and the user can set the dust removal interval time according to the size of the dust, so as to ensure that the user can continue to produce without stopping and improve production efficiency to the greatest extent.(5) The PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic tablet counter is equipped with a combined small gate cutting device, which adopts an integrated structural design (patented), and the accessories are imported high-speed solenoid valves from the United States and Japanese SMC cylinders; the cylinder and solenoid valve adopt a unique connection block designed independently (other manufacturers mostly use ordinary PU air pipe connections), which eliminates air leakage, shortens the distance of the air path to the greatest extent, and improves the response speed of the cylinder to ensure the accuracy of tablet cutting.(6) The unique layout process of the PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic tablet counter: the integrated photoelectric tablet counting device and the vibration feeding system adopt a unique tilt angle layout, the purpose of which is to better cater to the parabola of the falling medicine and make the tablet detection more accurate; the tilt angle of the small gate of the channel can make the cutting more accurate. Avoid the phenomenon of one less in the previous bottle and one more in the next bottle.(7) The PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic tablet counter is equipped with an automatic constant pressure system for power supply and compressed air pressure detection to prevent the normal operation of the equipment from being affected by the unstable power supply voltage of the customer unit; the pressure detection can automatically alarm and shut down the equipment when the intake pressure is too low.(8) The PBDS-8 visual imaging electronic counting machine is equipped with photoelectric detection function at the inlet and outlet, which mainly detects whether there are bottles in front and whether there is a bottle blockage in the back.
