Product Description The equipment that separates the dust from fume is called the dust collector which is commonly used in boilers and industrial production. Among them, the bag type dust collector or bag filter is a very widely used dust collector and it is a dry dust filter device. Structural Features:The bag filter is mainly composed of the upper case, the middle case, the dust hopper, dust cleaning system and dust discharging system.Structural Style:1.It's divided into flat bag and round bag according to the shape of the bag.2.It's divided into air down-intaking upper-exhausting, air upper-intaking down-exhausting and straight-flow type according to the mode of air in and out.3.It's divided into external filtering and internal filtering according to the filtering mode of the bag.Filter Material Type:Fiber for filter material includes cotton fiber, wool fiber, synthetic fiber and glass fiber, etc. Different fibers woven filter materials have different properties. Commonly used filter materials include 208 polyester flannelette whose operating temperature is generally at most 120oC, alkaline-free glass fiber filter cloth whose appropriate temperature is 80-260oC and cotton-wool fabric which is generally used for no-corrosive and below 90oC dusty gas.Main Features:1.High dust removal efficiency and generally above 99%. Dust concentration at the outlet of the bag filter is below 100mg/m3, and has higher classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.2.Wide range of dealt air volume from several cubic meters per minute to up to tens of thousands of cubic meters per minute so the emission of atmospheric pollutants can be largely decreased.3.Simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.4.Under the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than other types of dust collectors.5.When adopting glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 and other high temperature resistant filter material, it can be operated under high temperature conditions of above 200oC.6.Not sensitive to the natures of dust, can't be impacted by dust and electrical resistance.Main Method of Ash Removal:1.Pulse-jet cleaning2.Vibration cleaning3.Manual tappingMaintenance Method:The operation of the bag filter includes trial operation and daily operation. First, when trial operation, every component of the system has to be checked one by one, and then followed by adaptive operation and partial performance test. While when daily operation, some necessary checks still be needed, especially the inspection of the performance of the bag filter. Take note of the impact that load variation of the main equipment applied to the performance of the bag filter. After starting the equipment, pay close attention to the working condition of the bag filter and keep relevant records.1.Trial operationIn the trial operation of a new bag filter, please pay special attention to the following points:I. Air blower's rotational direction, rotational speed, vibration of bearings and temperature.II. The compliance of air volume and each test point's pressure and temperature with the design.III. The installation condition of filter bag. After operation, whether there is bag dropping, loosing, wearing and judge the situation by visual inspection of the emission from the chimney after putting into operation.IV. Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag room and whether the ash removal system is smooth. Prevent clogging and corrosion because serious ash accumulation will affect the operation of the main equipment.V. The adjustment of ash removal period and duration is an important factor to determine the ash capturing performance and operation condition. A too long ash removal will result in the removal of the attached first layer and therefore the leakage and breakage of the filter bag will happen, while a too short ash removal will result in the operation is resumed while the ash on the filter bag has not been cleaned out therefore the resistance is rapidly recovered and gradually mounting and the using effect will be affected as a result.The interval between two ash removals is called the ash removal period. In general, an ash removal period that is lasting as long as possible is preferred, therefore the bag filter can operate under a more economical resistance condition. So it's necessary to deliberately research the ash natures and ash content and to determine the ash removal period and duration according to the different ash removal method to achieve a better ash removal parameter through adjustment during the trial operation.The quality of the equipment test operation directly affects whether it can be put into normal operation. If handled improperly, the bag filter may be quickly out of function. Therefore the test operation of the equipment must be done carefully and prudently.2.Daily OperationDuring the daily operation of the bag filter, due to the working condition some possible changes or some malfunction from emerging, the normal operation and performance of the equipment will be affected, it is necessary to periodically check and appropriately adjustment with the goal of extending the service life of filter bag and lowering down the power consumption and efficiently recycling the useful material. Please pay attention to the following points:I. Operation Record: Each ventilation and dust removal system must install and prepare necessary test instruments. Which must be measured regularly and accurately recorded in daily operation, therefore it can be judged and troubleshot in time to ensure the normal operation according to the pressure difference of the system, the temperature at the inlet and outlet port, the voltage of the main motor and the reading and the variation of the electric current.II. Fluid resistance: U-type differential pressure gauge can be used to judge the equipment's operation condition. Such as the increase of the pressure difference translates to the clogging or steam condensation on the filter bag, ash removal system malfunction or the increase of the gas flow rate and so on; while the decrease of the pressure difference means the breakage or loosening of the filter bag, blocking in the pipeline of air intaking side or valve closing, the leakage of the case or between each sub-chamber, or the fan speed slowing down and so on.III. Safe: Close attention must be paid to take measures to prevent bag filter from combustion, explosion and fire accidents. When dealing with the combustion or high temperature gas, it is common that there are incomplete combustion dust, spark, combustion and explosive gases entering the system, of which some dust has the natures of auto-ignition or electrification and at the same time, the majority of the filter materials are inflammable and tends to accumulate static electricity due to friction, which means there are hazards of burning and explosion accidents under these operation conditions. The consequences of such accidents are often serious. Careful consideration should be given to taking fire and explosion-proof measures, such as followings:i. Place a burning chamber or spark capturer in front of the bag filter to allow the incomplete combustion dust or gas to burn thoroughly or spark to be collected.ii. Take measures to prevent static electricity from accumulating including grounded each part of the equipment with conductive material, or woven the conductive fiber into the filter materials during whose production. iii. Prevent the dust from accumulating or gathering to eliminate the auto-ignition and the explosion of the dust.iv. Be sure to ventilate before workers entering the bag room or pipeline to inspect or maintain to strictly prevent CO poisoning.The Advantages of Bag Filter:1. High dust removal efficiency. Bag filter can collect fine dust with particle diameter of greater than 0.3 microns while dust removal efficiency can be up to above 99%.2. Flexible use. The range of Bag filter handled air volume is wide from several hundred cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands cubic meters per hour. Can either as a small unit be put directly indoor near the equipment or as a large dust removal chamber, that is, "bag room".3. Simple structure, stable operation, low initial investment and convenient maintenance. Therefore, bag filter can be widely used in industries of eliminating dust pollution, improving environment, recycling material and so on.4. Convenient dust handling. Bag filter is a kind of dry type dust collector. Because there is no need for water to participate, the problems of sewage or mud disposal have been eliminated and collected dust is easier to be recycled.The Disadvantages of Bag Filter:1. Some fume contains more water or the dust carried has strong hygroscopicity, which often lead to the cementation of filter bag of the bag filter and clogging of the filter material.2. To ensure the normal operation of the bag filter, it is still necessary to take extra measures to keep dry or heat of the equipment to prevent the water in the gas from condensation,3. The working conditions of workers operating some kind of bag filters are poor, inspection and replacement of filter bag need workers to enter the box. This practice is more troublesome.4. The ability of bag filter to withstand temperature has a certain limit. The application temperature of cotton and wool filter material is 80-95oC, that of synthetic fiber filter material is 200-260oC, and that of glass fiber filter material is 280oC. When purifying the flue gas with higher temperature, measures must be taken to reduce the temperature of the flue gas.5.
