Product Description Product DescriptionThe gate type shearing machine is a high-precision sheet metal processing equipment, widely used in the machinery manufacturing, motor, electrical and light industry, etc. It supports precise shearing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum plate and other materials . The CORE structure adopts all-steel welding process, through vibration aging and heat treatment combined process eliminate internal stress to ensure rigidity and stability of equipment .The technical parameters and specifications of the guillotine shearing machine vary depending on the model. For example, some shearing machines can shear a maximum width of 6500mm, a maximum shear thickness of 50mm, travel between 14 and 35 times, rear stop travel between 20 and 600mm, and the shearing Angle can be adjusted between 30' and 1°30 . The guillotine shearing machine adopts a fully steel welded frame structure, which has undergone vibration aging and heat treatment to ensure the structural stability for long-term use. The guide system adopts three-point support rolling guide rail, which can completely eliminate support clearance, improve shear accuracy and blade service life .
