Using a multi-furnace, dual-balance design, Equipped with a constant temperature drying device, the moisture, ash, and volatile content indicators can be measured in any combination or individually. Up to 20 samples of water-cement and 24 samples of volatile content can be tested simultaneously, and all three indicators can be completed within 90 minutes.4. Repeatability: The test procedures, conditions, and results for moisture, ash, and volatile content meet national standards, requiring no calibration and suitable for arbitration analysis.5. Interface: Utilizes CAN bus technology, which is immune to magnetic interference and stimuli.6. Air Supply Assembly for Water-Cement Equipment: Utilizes a low-noise piston air pump (nitrogen and oxygen options available).7. Control: Position controller. The control unit's operation is protected from unilateral computer failures, with self-protection alarms and micro-control technology to accurately locate component displacement.8. Data accuracy is achieved through the use of an automated thermogravimetric analyzer, with a balance recording raw data for calculations.9. The water-lime equipment uses a pneumatic, slow-acting automatic door opening and closing mechanism to prevent damage to the furnace from sudden cooling and heating.10. The volatile matter equipment utilizes dual-track translation technology, ensuring seamless connection between each sample and the furnace chamber. Standard crucibles are used, eliminating the need for manual intervention or nitrogen purging.11. Data accuracy is achieved through the balance recording raw data for calculations.12. The balance utilizes temperature drift correction for more stable weighing data.13.
