Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, lower the man cost. And Our machine can special-made according to clients' requirements. Automatic core feeding system, automatic log pusher after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.2. Automatic edge-trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Glue Lamination SystemOptioanl for toilet paper, kitchen towel and maxi roll. With this system,the finished products are more polished, and the water absorption is stronger.Non Stop Accumulator For Glue Lamination System Upgrade Color Printing SystemFunction of large non stop accumulatorDouble the paper storage capacity. If the diameter of finished tissue roll is less than 150mm, the subsequent color printing and glue lamination devices will keep running at a frequency. The printed pattern will not change the tension of the paper due to sudden acceleration or deceleration, resulting in deviation, and the color registration is more accurate. If the diameter of finished roll is greater than 150mm, the subsequent color printing and glue lamination devices will have more paper storage space, and the acceleration will be softer, and the line speed will be evenly accelerated, so that the printed pattern is not easy to deviate. The gluing lamination device ensures that each section of paper is with glue, and the finished product is rolled more naturally and smoothly!
