After aligning the books, they are automatically fed into the cutting station by a pusher cart, which clamps the books in place. The trimmer then cuts the three edges and ejects the finished product. This machine is primarily used for cutting perfect-bound books.It incorporates features such as pneumatic book clamping, pneumatic pressing, servo-driven book feeding, servo-controlled front and side knives, and a servo-driven main motor with an integrated knife platform. The MS-25F is known for its high cutting precision and fast adjustment capabilities.Work ProcessUpon powering on and initiating the machine, the book feeding mechanism transports the book to the pusher cart, which clamps it securely and moves it to the cutting station. At this point, the pressing mechanism quickly holds the book in place. The pusher cart then releases the book and returns to its starting position, ready for the next book.The two side knives first trim the side edges, followed by the front knife trimming the front edge. Once the front knife completes its cut and returns to the original position, the pressing mechanism releases the book. The trimmed book is then pushed onto the delivery conveyor by the next book, completing one cycle.
