Product Description Product DescriptionEquipment overview:The spiral blast freezer consists of a flexible conveyor belt, a drum, a fan, an air curtain, a gearbox, a speed control system, a purge system, a safety device, a cooling system, and other devices.The flexible conveyor belt (the chain) forms a spiral circuit. As the drum rotates, the friction between the slats on the drum and the chain causes the chain to rotate around the drum. The material is fed in from the inlet, placed on the flexible conveyor belt, and moved upwards around the drum by the lower spiral. At the same time, cold air flows through the cooler, fan, and conveyor belt to freeze and recycle the material. After freezing, the material is discharged at the top. To extend the life of the chain, a reversing mechanism ensures that both ends of the chain wear alternately. The air curtain at the material inlet and outlet reduces cold loss.The spiral blast freezer features a compressor cooling system with an adjustable cold air temperature from -5 to -40°C. At a cold air temperature of -35°C and a freezing time of 30 minutes, the processing capacity is 100 to 500 kg/h. The machine is characterized by its compact design, small footprint, continuous operation, and rapid freezing. Features of the single-spiral blast freezer:1.
