If there is a cap currently on your bottle, please simply remove it and insure the small inner plug is not inside bottle. Then refill the clear water and push the 5 gallon non spill water bottle cap onto bottle, and press until it snaps in place. 1. Simply peel off the heat sealing label on the cap top ;2. Invert the heavy bottle overhead the water cooler ; 3. Place the bottle on top of the sanitary probe ; 4. Invert the heavy bottle into place, and put down it slowly ; 5. The plastic prong in the center of water cooler will push the re-sealable valve ( small inner plug ), allow drinking water to flow through.Please note : 1. Not all bottles have same size mouth or the caps will work with all bottles. Please measure first and double check your bottle and water cooler before purchase.
