The dry Low intensity magnetic separator is normally used in conjunction with our specially designed vibratory feeder. Ferrous particles are attracted to the drum surface while passing through the magnetic field area and flow to the non-magnetic area where they are discharged to the concentrate outlet; non-ferrous and a few low grade ferrous particles pass through the magnetic area are discharged by gravity to the tailing outlet.
