Product Description Product DescriptionThe vacuum degasser utilizes the suction effect of a vacuum pump to create a negative pressure zone inside the vacuum tank. Mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe under atmospheric pressure, and then sprays towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Due to collision and separation of the wheels, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers, and the bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, causing gas to escape.Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers, Gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe of the separator, while mud is discharged from the tank through the impeller. Due to the main motor being started first, the impeller connected to the motor rotates at high speed, so mud can only enter the tank through the suction pipe and will not be sucked in through the discharge pipe.1. Use the suction of a vacuum pump to allow mud to enter the vacuum tank, and use it to pump gas out of the vacuum tank. The vacuum pump plays two different roles here.2. The water ring vacuum pump is always in an isothermal state during operation, suitable for suction of flammable and explosive gases, with reliable safety performance.3. Mud is shot towards the walls at high speed through the window of the rotor, and the bubbles in the mud are completely broken, resulting in good degassing effect.4. The main motor is biased, and the center of gravity of the entire machine is lowered.5.
