The inclusion of copper and copper-nickel alloys in this standard means these tubes are manufactured and tested to meet stringent quality and performance requirements suitable for high-pressure applications, such as in boilers, heat exchangers, and power plants. Material C12200: Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper (DHP Copper)Common Name: Cu-DHP.Key Characteristics: This is a high-purity copper alloy deoxidized with phosphorus. It has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance, and is very ductile and easy to weld and braze.Primary Application: It is widely used for heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes, plumbing, and general plumbing applications where good formability and corrosion resistance are required. Material C44300: Admiralty BrassCommon Name: Admiralty Brass.Key Characteristics: This is a brass alloy (Copper-Zinc) with a small addition of Tin and Arsenic.
