Product Description Aluminum Roll Jacketing is made from 1060, 1100, 3003 and 3105 series aluminum conforming to ASTM B-209 standards .The exterior of the aluminum jacketing is a bare mill finish.The interior are lined with a Blue polysurlyn barrier moisture. It is made of Dupont's Surlyn, co-extrusion polyethylene, blue film and covered with sun protection film. Total thickness is only 3 mil (0.076mm)Structure of Polysurlyn Moisture Barrier1st layer: UV protection film2nd layer: Color3rd layer: PE film4th layer: Dupont Surlyn5th layer: Base Metal(Aluminum or Stainless Steel sheet)It is easy to heat laminate on aluminum, stainless steel and other metal surface. The barrier has high tearing strength, it is durable and has excellent weather-ability.
