The tension can be adjusted according to the tension of the mesh, which is very convenient;4. Convenient operation, you can lay the net at will. The machine can exceed the limit tension of the net yarn by 3-5N, and it only takes a few minutes to pull the net once. 5.The operation technology is simple and fast. One person can operate 3 to 4 pneumatic stretchers, which greatly saves costs and improves efficiency. 6.This machine has high economic efficiency. It can pull more than half of the screens per day than other models. The high-end mesh drawing speed is 2/3 times faster. The utilization rate of the surrounding mesh is high. It can save 20-30% of the mesh. The yarn width can be selected from several specifications. There are two types: one is designed for tension below 45N, and the other is designed for tension below 60N. The length of the chuck is 170-200mm. The cylinder adopts Type 40, the drawing stroke is prepared according to different specifications, the drawing air pressure is 2.5 to 3.5 kg, and a small air pump is sufficient. Each cylinder is designed with a dovetail groove as a guide rail, which is stable and wear-resistant. The chuck seat adopts a linear guide and a straight line. The bearing does not change shape when pulling the net, the levelness measurement tension is very accurate, the clamping mouth adopts an adjustable pressure, the laminating adopts a silicone strip shape to design double dovetail grooves, no glue is needed, it will not age, and there will be no winter hardening phenomenon (The hardening phenomenon guides the pulling and breaking of the mesh).
