A pre-treatment system consisting of activated carbon filter and demineralizer to provide good production water for the food industry.Continuous Flow Sand Filter is a kind of simple and efficient filtration technology which is convenient to manage. Relative to traditional silica sand filter,it is a quantum jump.It sets flocculation, clarification and collation in one. There are no moving parts in the filter,which can guarantee the stability of the system normal operation. It is widely used in the area of advanced treatment of drinking water, industrial water and sewage deep treatment,and also in the reuse of reclaimed water. Working PrincipleThe raw water is sent to the sand filter by the filter, uniformly dispersed into the sand layer by the water separator and passed through the sand layer in an upward flow manner. When the water flows through the sand layer, the formation of the filtration is completed, and the machine is excluded through the overflow weir.Features*High efficiency, 24 hours continuous work, no need to stop backwash.
